I attended my first Brown Owls group this evening for a bit of craftiness. The venue changed but that did not change what is obviously a lovely monthly get together. The group is making a quilt which will be raffled at the end of the year to raise money for Kiva. I have been meaning to try quilting for years now so this looks like the perfect opportunity. Looking forward to our next Owly meeting in a couple of weeks time.

i've heard of the brown owls before... it's a lovely thought to come together like that. we unfortunately do not do such a thing round here...
